Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK was born in Thessaloniki in 1881.

Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK mother's name was Zübeyde and his father's name was Ali Rıza. His sister's name was Makbule.  16 May, 1919 Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK left the İstanbul.

19 May, 1919 Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK landed in Samsun to start the Independence War.

In 1934 the surname law was promulgated and Turkish Grand National Assembly gave Mustafa Kemal his surname "ATATÜRK" meaning father of Turks. 

Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK died at 09.05 on 10th November 1938 in Dolmabahçe Palace,İstanbul.
